No. We work with students attending any college or university. Our coaching adapts to the recruitment format, timeline, and culture of each campus.

We offer three services: Pre-Recruitment Persona Development, Recruitment Preparation, and Leadership Development. Each one meets a client at a different stage of her sorority journey.

Pre-Recruitment Persona Development helps a potential new member define who she is and how she wants to be known before recruitment begins. We focus on personal presentation, conversation skills, and a clear sense of her values and strengths.

Recruitment Preparation is focused coaching for the recruitment process itself. We cover what to expect each round, how to approach conversations with chapter members, and how to make thoughtful decisions throughout the week.

Leadership Development supports collegiate women who are already members and ready to take on a larger role. We help clients prepare for officer positions, communicate with influence, and lead their chapters with confidence.

Earlier preparation gives a student more time to build confidence without pressure. Many families begin during the senior year of high school, though we also work with students closer to recruitment week.

Yes. Families are welcome to take part, and we can share guidance on how to support a student through recruitment while keeping the experience her own.

No coach can guarantee a bid. Our role is to help each client present herself authentically and confidently, so she can find the chapter where she truly belongs.
